A 50% deposit is due upon booking a reservation for accommodations, with the remaining 50% balance, any additional fees, sales tax and damage deposit of $300 due upon check-in. For deposit payment we accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover, personal check, money orders and cash. The deposit, less a $25 processing fee, is refundable with 45-days advance notice of cancellation. It is also refundable with less than 45-days advance notice if we are subsequently able to rent the property on canceled dates. If not, deposit is retained to help defray costs of lost revenue due to cancellation. The damage deposit is refunded after property is inspected, inventoried and found to be in good condition. Please allow 1 week for processing.
